Survey - TOP employer 2024

The annual Alma Career | CV-Online “TOP Employer” survey is here! Join us in voting for the best employers of 2024 and help identify the most desirable workplaces in Latvia. The results will provide valuable insights to employers about their position in the labour market and inspire positive change.

Participating is simple – select the employer you believe is the most desirable in Latvia, and if you wish, cast your votes in 8 business sectors and 4 regional categories. Completing the survey will take just about 5 minutes.

By completing the survey and answering all the questions (selecting all categories), you will be entered into a prize draw with a grand prize of EUR 700! The draw will take place on 5 March 2025.

The survey is open until 28 February 2025. The results will be announced at an awards ceremony in early April and published on the website Topemployer.lv.
